how do you tighten the wheels on mountfield sp470?

i cant seem to get to the wheels tightend up on the front wheels

There are two nylon bushes in each wheel, it is usually these which wear. These are available from most Mountfield spare parts dealers, and just push out, the replacement bushes are fitted by easily pushing in.
