How can I get my Philips Sonicare vibrating again?

Hi - my toothbrush is fully charged and just about a year old. I just bought 4 new heads for it - just in time for it to stop vibrating altogether. Do you know if you can strip it down to repair it?

On the HX7500... DON'T bother.
Once you figure out the rubber bumper is in fact a locking device which must come out prior to popping the top off with a brush base, you will discover the batter (which DOESN'T HAVE ANY VOLT OR MILLIAMP MARKINGS... excuse me if I sound a bit bitter), is spot welded in two places on both ends... Spot welds which (in my case anyway) will NOT break away as easily as the instruction would suggest).
So essentially, your SoniCare is done.

Have you tried changing batteries? you can open the case and check to see if the batteries are actually good and charged. If not replace them.
