Hi - my toothbrush is fully charged and just about a year old. I just bought 4 new heads for it - just in time for it to stop vibrating altogether. Do you know if you can strip it down to repair it?

My Philips Sonicare will no longer hold a charge... it worked great for several years and is now out of warranty. Where do I go to have the battery replaced? (Philips was NO help at all!)

My Philips Sonicare is starting to be iffy about charging, so I would like to find out how to get at it's rechargeable battery to replace it.
