I have a Diplomat APM 6826 and the water at the bottom of the fridge is not draining away.

I have inserted a long plastic pipe inside the hole in order to see if there is a blockage, but all to no avail.

The fridge freezer is feeted into a cabinet. Any ideas?

Well, altough I have received no reply to my question, I took the fridge/freezer out of the cabinet and had a look at the back of the unit.

It appears that the plastic pipe was obstructed at the bottom and the water was not draning away.

I have clean the plastic pipe and container on the top of motor and is now working perfectly.
