How do i increase the pressure for my baxi combi instant 105e?

my baxi combi instant 105e is currently on 0 Bar, how do i increase the pressure, i think i should turn the silver knob on the pipe under the boiler third from the left until pressure increases then close again.....is this right?

it is but dont repressurise the boiler beyond 1.5 bar if you vent a radiator again you will have to repressurise the boiler you should also disconnect one end of the filling loop
