How can I fix my DS Lite L button?

Not sure when it stopped working, probably 1 to 2 weeks ago. R button works fine, L button doesn't respond. Tested it in 3 games, all failed. Help?

WET THE TIP OF A Q TIP AND RUB THE OPNINGS THEN BLOW IN IT THEN DRY IT THE Q TIP SHOULD BE WET BUT NOT TOO WET TO MAKE SURE WET IT THEN FLICK IT ITS ON YOUTUBE IT WORKS FOR BOTH BUTTONS
