Hi There,

I have a F&P 918td dishwasher which has stopped working. Whenever I press any of the buttons I get 5 very quick beeps and then nothing - no error message, nothing the display is blank. If I turn it off at the wall and then back on again the display briefly shows two characters that do not show up in the manual as valid errors.

Any ideas anyone?

Sounds like the door switch is not closed. Open it slowly & close it slowly. Can you hear the switch click. Should be quite a loud click & easy to hear. If not then something is wrong inside the handle & not operating the microswitch.
