Blower/air con/problem?

I have an 05 renault megane est,and have just recently had problems with the blower/air con ect it a electronic dash.when you put the fan on nothing happends.I used to bang the dash and it worked,but now nothing please help..thanks

heater blower motor has moved from its mounting point and is unable to turn . remover pas side glove box and turn motor clockwise until it clicls back into place
