hi a safety valve is a most inportant part of any boiler and must never be addjusted most of them can not be, as they are pre set before fitting, if you blow the safety valve off a few times it my cure the problem, but if it still leaks at the normal pressure then replace it,to do this make sure the boiler is of and at 0 pressure,PS DO NOT PLAY WITH THE GAS "BANG".to late. yes its as easy as that.bob
