CH is fine, on time and at temp, but when I turn on the tap it comes cold, even if CH is on or not.

hi i have the same and i was told that the plate heat exchanger can fir up from hard water and there is no flashing lights.

I have the same problem, the boiler display a flashing light on the radiator symbol with the diaganol line through it which means a fault on Central Heating Sensor. Check your symbols as your may be a Fault on Hot Water Sensor. The engineer is arriving tomorrow so I'll let you know how easy it is to fix and cost!!!
