My machine is 3 weeks old but the washing tablet, no matter what brand, fails to dissolve and stays on the floor of the machine where I find it at the end of the wash.

May be the little door is not opening early enough (mine doesn't open at all) have a look after 10mins see if the tablet has dropped out, if it hasn't release manually and see if it disolves, if so thats your trouble. But how the door should work? I'm hoping to find out my self.
