How can I fix my Morphy Richards breadmaker 48220?

I am getting a 5EL error message onm my breadmaker when I turn it on_ it selects OK but then does nothing-can U help?

I have tried phoning MR, but always too busy to answer. I have tried email,but no reply.
I have now bought a Kenwood.
I wish you luck, but MR seems only to want to sell, not to service.
