This a b&q drill so they are your first point of contact, you should still be able to get them.
I have (had) the exact same drill, 3 years old and batteries just started dying I was just wondering whether to replace them or buy a new drill then the motor died (running slow and smoking). So got a Makita from b&q, great deal.
