Programming er 350 cash register?

It looks like the engineer has locked the programming somehow so we MUST call him out to re-programming. He charges a lot of money so i think he has dome this on purpose. I can change the date and time but can not re-programme the name or change the tax percentage. Can you help please?

Hi.
To change rate:
Turn key to PGM mode
Type new percentage with 3 decimal places eg 6% would be 6.000
Press 00 button
Press 1 (for tax rate 1, or 2 for rate 2 etc)
Press TAX SHIFT
Press CASH

When you say name, what name are you reffering to? Department, or store name?
