honda b100?

hi i have recently bought a honda b100 4 stroke outboard i dont know the year of it serial no B100-1013242.
i have bought it as a non runner due to water in the oil.
any sugestions on what the fault is please

hi many thanks for the info. i bought the engine as is. it has good compression. a very good spark . but the engine oil has gone emulsified. due to water in it. its also running out of a small drain type hole at the bottom of the leg. and also the gearbox oil is contaminated at the bottom of the leg.

water where? engine or lower part. If engine:
leaking cylinderhead gasket due to overheating,
water flown back from wrong storage of careless flushing of cooling system or the engine has been under water.
replace engine oil, check the sparkplugs with ohmmeter and on sparks, get the engine running and see what happens and see what happens
