The phone was on orange network and I had my phone unlocked at a shop by cable and although the ringing volume is turned up to 8 and I have it on outdoors profile. I can barely hear the ringing. Shop insist they haven't caused any damage. Any ideas on how to remedy the problem?

go to ebay and order a w380i speaker/earpiece its a simple matter of carefully replacing this and it should work again my daughters has the same problem and i fixed it for a total price of £1.70 for the part and it is reletivley easy to take the top screen apart and replcae the speaker
