hi,thanks to -happy strimmer- above I have been able to order FRT 500/8 line spool from DES UK LTD tel. no. 08707 876 166 they come in a pack of 2 and cost £16 . 50 including post and packaging. They are based in the midlands. good luck

I had a similar problem locating a double strimmer line for a Florabest strimmer purchased from Lidl. I have at last found the source of all Florabest spares. They are DES UK LTD phone number 08707 876 166. Just quote your model number and the part required.
