one key problem in yamaha keyboard psr 225gm?

I've just bought a second hand yamaha psr 225gm keyboard and discovered that one of the keys is playing much louder than the others. It's the D above high C. Is this a problem that can be fixed?

Hello, I'm a technician working for puretech solutions in the UK. This problem is related to the key contacts. The first thing that a service center or technician would do is to strip it down and clean it then take it from there. You are welcome to contact us if you need anymore info.

I have the Yamaha EX 7 and encountered a similar problem with one of the keys. Got it fixed and another key developed the problem after a year or so.
Seems to be a problem I only experience with Yamaha.
