How do i download and use Limewire properly?

Know its a bit stupid but i think i may have an over active spyware/anti virus which wont allow me to use Limewire properly.

Tom..... I had the same problem but I just persisted with it and eventually got it to download.You have to keep up your firewall and anti virus as Limewire is very open to viruses.Wise to run a full scan every now and again.Good luck.
