my camera kodak 1063 will not come on no matter how long i charge . went to battery replacement store a new battery would not turn camera either, what else is the problem or do i need to purchase a new camera ? bought this one this past christmas

my camera is doing probably the same thing i bought it around christmas to and now all of a sudden i was at our county fair taking pics and all of a sudden i went to turn it on and it won't turn on no matter how long i charge heard anything about it yet??????????
