battery is full it is a vodafone, bought in the uk unblocked to use in sa.
battery is full when i try charge the red light flashes on left top hand side
when i try switch on it does the same thing

i have cleaned the battery contacts.
when you try switch the phone on the red light flashes and does not turn on and when you plug in charger the same thing happens and does not charge.
do you think this is a software problem?do you think it needs upgrading?

Is this some kind of battery or charging problem?
Try taking the battery out and wiping the gold contacts on it, otherwise try to explain the problem clearer.
