my vokera option boiler suddenly stopped working?

Moved into my house 2yrs ago-no manual- washed up no problems then after 30mins no hot water. pressure is low dont know where tap is to fill pressure up. also no heating. green light is flashing on right hand side knob yellow light on but red pilot light not on.

You'll need to top the pressure up. There is usually a hose connecting the cold supply pipe & the return pipe below the boiler, you would use the valve on the end of this to top up the pressue.
