The manual says the first step is to change the system operations code from 12 to 0 but dosent tell where it is and how to acces it. How do I do that and complete the steps?

To change G.S.T.
1) put key in P position
2) press 5 (or whatever the rate is)
3) press tax2 shift
4) press the dept. key you are changing the tax for
5) press cash
To change both taxes
1) put key in P position
2) press 8 (or whatever the P.S.T. rate is)
3) press tax1 shift
4) press 5 (or whatever the G.S.T. rate is)
5) press tax2 shift
6) press the dept. key you are changing the tax for
7) press cash
