servis 1100 grease marks on washing?

quite often when taking washing out of m/c noticing what looks like grease stains on items. something leaking? if so how can i fix it?

its sounds like the bearing water seal has had it, the only way to fix it is to replace the bearings & backplate assy, the bearings maybe available seperate.
