how can i fix my delonghi proline esm-465st?

i have a deloghi esm 465st proline oven,when we put it on at 250,the temperature only goes up to 200,and down the bottom of the oven its only 100, also it takes a long time to heat up

Hi. Just had exactly the same problem. Replaced bottom element. Problem solved
