ariston washing machine noise in start of spin?

my ariston washing machine, is making a noise like a scratch in every beginning of a cycle but not during that,why does it do that? i opened it nothing wrong inside nor oils on the floor what can i do to fix it? x_kon@hotmail.com

Sounds like the belt slipping as it takes up the drive. Depending on how old your machine is you can either adjust the tension by moving the motor or if its less than 5 years old the belt is elasticated and would have to be replaced.
