the drain hole in the freezer is blocked empty the freezer and turn off the fridge and let it defrost for 24 hr then check the tray on top off the compressor at the rear of the fridge the tray should have some water in it. then check the small hose outlet just above the tray give it a gentle sqeeze and drain the last of the water out..this should do the trick.........let me know how it goes.
