Oven wont heat up?

I have a Zanussi ZHQ 575 and the main oven comes on but wont heat up properly just gets warm,any ideas ?

The element is probably gone. Take off the back plate in the cavity of the oven and you'll see the circular element. Comes off with 3 screws.
