I have a JVC XV-N322 DVD player which was sold as multi-region but it's not. What is the code to unlock it and how do I do it.

I was also told this was a multi-region player, and it's not! I have seen lots of people requesting the hack but never the hack itself. I have also seen a disc on ebay that the seller says is the only way to unlock - that it can't be done via the remote. Anyone have any updates to this?? I live in Kenya but bought a dozen DVDs while home in Canada, and now I can't play 'em!!

if u find out let me know, i was sold this as a multi rgion, which it used to be, they fixed it when it broke after 6 months and now it won't play my 500 discs, not happy
