When i receive a call i cant hear anything...and as well i can not hear a call back tone when i call others. But when i on the speaker or use hand set i can hear everything. Whats the problem?

i had this problem and found an easy and cheap solution to the problem, its a common fault with these handsets which sony will charge a small fortune to repair when you can quite easily do it yourself.
