Where can i find the website for challenge or the user manual for my 12000btu challenge air conditioner? I've looked everywhere and even emailed argos but no avail!!

Challenge have been taken over by Argos. They have no access to spare parts although I believe it is legally their responsibility to either provide spares or exchange the entire unit (which they have done in my case) - but still without manual.
Unit seems to be sourced from China - so best of luck !
