Don't see what the significance is about the outlet hose support & the fault you are enquiring about. F1 is when water leaks onto the lower tray under the bottom drawer. Remove the lower drawer & completely dry the floor tray (switch off power before touching anything down under) Put drawer back & run machine. If water returns you will have to work out which drawer is leaking & why.
