Spin-dryer on Hitachi twin-tub washing machine works sometime and not others. Also last loads were not as dry as usual. It usually stops after about my third load of wash. What can I do?

I'm sorry..this is not an answer but a question that you may be able to help me with. I had a Hitachi Twin-tub washing machine Model PAS-82P and would like some info on it or a manual..

Especially I need the measurements (in inches) of width and depth of the washing drum and or its capacity in pounds and or Kg..I need to know if it is the same size or smaller than a washer that I am considering buying--a Danby with 8.8 / 4kg capacity, and drum size of 15" across by 12" deep...

Dimensions of machine, etc etc. -- whatever you may have
