I just turned mine off, counted to ten slowly, turned it back and it's now working.

E007 on IR2016/2020 more than often indicates problems with fixing unit.
Remove the fixing unit from your machine and
have a look on it just to check the condition of the fixing film itself.
If you find any defect on it, don'tworry. Just buy a new one (fixing film) and replace it. I think thereafter your machine will be ok.
To prevent this problem in future, make sure you always release jummed paper on fixing assembly by pulling the paper release lever (lightgreen).
