Hi! I have a sam4s ER-5200M series which has locked up with a really unusual error message
VOID MODE
CLOSED
caused by a clerk leaving the till in void mode for a long time and then returning to reg.
The only other error message we can get up is
PLU NO DATA ERROR

any help would be appreciated

i have got sam er5200 power is there but when you push any button it will not work than you have to swicth onand off than it will work for 2 minute than you push any batton it will not work plase you can till me what wrong

Hi. Did you try the initial clear? This may jump it out of any task in REG mode, then you can log on. Make sure it is the initial clear, not the full RAM clear.
