Fridge have room tempreture?

My fridgefreezer was fine till now but suddenly the fridge have room tempreture. All the food is spoiled. The Freezer working fine. Anyone can help?

ring bosch .this fault is caused by over icing in the freezer. this fault is well known by bosch . you need a product upgrade . even if it is 3 years old you still shouldnt pay anything. ring them and tell them the age and details of the machine .
