How can I fix my washing machine?

I have a kenmore washing machine ultra fabric care model number 80. It is washing but not spinning. The instruction on lid says to check fuse. Where can I find the fuse?
what else can be wrong with the washer?

if its a washing then the dang fuse aint blowed check the lid safety switch
