the electric adjustment in drivers seat has stopped working i can hear the motor working but nothing happens 2003 ford mondeo

Same in my 2000 ST24. Took the seat out and motor assy apart last weekend and discovered that the plastic gear wheel had lost a couple of teeth. If any one knows where to get another it would be appreciated!
