got up this morning and the pilot light was out, i bleeded the radiators last night and forgot to top up the filler loop to 1.5
this morning the pilot light will not fire up at all no spark??

can some one advise why??

This boiler don't have a pilot Mark. It has spark ignition.
It sounds like your low water pressure switch is stuck. Drain your boiler and either clean or replace it. In the longer term it'd be a good idea to clean your central heating system.
