How can I fix my Hotpoint Mistral Frost Free?

The display on the front show +22 degrees (and inside the same), when I change with buttons ( Set temp and save ) to +2C and check after 8 hours display still show +22 and inside the fridge temperature is 20 degrees. Please help me.
