Hi i have a zanussi zebf 249 w the green light is on but the fridge/freezer has stopped working please help thanks micky

If it has a mechanical thermostat in the fridge with a round dial that you set the temperature with,then this could be the problem.the stat is behind the round dial and is only held to the side with 2 screws
