Does it move when you turn the machine on.If so, switch it off half way through what seems to be the cycle and the pressure will be off the release catches. |Remove the brew unit as normal. Seems like you have the same problem as me, if left the machines times out and switches off without heating at all! Can't seem to find anybody in the UK to talk to on a technical basis.
