hi how does the unit come out ive tried with a coat hanger and wont budge.help i need to get the serial number cos ive lost the code.thanks

I've never had a problem using the ends of a wire coat hanger, but you can buy the correct tool from the likes of Halfords £5, it makes it easier if you have a helper, so while you are pushing the "tool" outwards the helper can juggle the radio and pull at the same time
