How can I unlock my car stereo?

I have recently bought a car but the stereo doesn't seem to work. I have a standard Ford Keycode 3000 Cassette stereo. The display currently shows, "Lock 13". The serial number of the unit is M007306. Any help would be much appreciated!

Your correct code is 0426 but sad to say because of "LOCKED 13"you will have to get it professionally decoded.
