Camcorder doors ejects but the internal flap does not release to access the tape!! Any suggestions please as im desperate! Its a samsung VP-D103i ..........

I have just had the same problem. There was a plastic cover over the flap that lifts the tape up and it had 2 screws. I undid these and removed cover and it allowed me to manually gently push the cover closed for removal. Then I replaced the outside plastic cover.
