i have 1 leaver on the left 1 buttefly nut at the front and 2 black levers to the right please can someone tell me what 1 to turn to turn the pressure up thanks

you most likely have a metal braided or blue plastic hose linking one of the thick pipes to a thinner one, open up the valves at either end of the hose (it may have one or 2) then you should hear the water flowing in. take it up to about 1.5 bar then turn the valve off.
