my 5 GB creative zen micro's headphone outlet/jack has come loose and the headphones dont pick up the signal completely and its patchy and i cannot hear the music. is ther any way or place that can fix it?

I have exactly the same problem! Mine happened at the same time the warranty expired and I now have no idea how to get it fixed. The Creative website is rubbish. If anyone can help I'd be beyond happy!

I had exactly the same problem with my creative zen micro about a year ago (having only had it a month). I sent it back to amazon (where i bought it) who replaced it.

I then got about 9 months of good quality sound out of it before the same problem struck again. It was only distorted back then, but has since deteriorated and is now unusable.

So come on you menders out there, help me and nicole out
