i am a renter. the westinghouse silhouette fan forced oven cooks too fast?

the Westinghouse Silhouette fan forced oven cooked too fast even at `100 degree C.
there is no switch to turn OFF the fan.
my cakes were burnt twice at 100 degree just after 20 minutes..
how can i overcome this problem? TQ
