how can i fix my ex1000sl eurovox?

just got new eurovox ex1000sl connected it up and it says no channels.went into menu then fast install it done a power scan,when finished i had all my channels but i can only view normal tv all other channels are saying scrambled channel

Did you connect your box up to your pc and download the files from the right link? If so ALL your channels should be in stalled,and any scrambled ones should still work
