How can I get my Maytag quiet series 300 dishwasher to drain?

My dishwasher won't drain? I've taken all the moving parts off to access the drain hole and there is nothing plugging it as far as I can reach inside with my finger?

Sometimes you need to remove the whole drain hose to make sure nothing plugging it up.
